MathML Rendering Control

|
Stretchy fonts are finally working. Each row is first formatted with the
exception of mathml operators that can stretch. Once each item in the row
is formatted, the extents of these areas are used to calculate the size
of the stretchy operators, and the operators are then created stretched
to the max and min size of the row.
